Terms
Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the supply and installation of precast concrete walls contracted with us. What applies between the parties is the written quote accepted by the customer; these terms cover everything the quote does not address. In the event of a contradiction, the quote prevails.
Last updated: 21 August 2026. The version published on this page at the date of the request applies.

2. Quote
The prices published on the site are indicative and serve to give an order of magnitude. Only the written quote is binding, issued once the actual measurements, the access to the location and the state of the ground are known.
| Validity | 7 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise in the quote itself. |
|---|---|
| Includes | Whatever is itemised in the quote — typically material, installation labour, post foundations and clean-up at the end. |
| Does not include | Transport and unloading (quoted separately), gates, painting, licensing and VAT, where «excluding VAT» is stated. Preparing and clearing the line of the wall and demolishing any existing fences are the customer's responsibility and are not services provided by us. |
| VAT | At the legal rate in force, currently 23 %. |
| Payment | The terms — deposit, phasing and means of payment — are set out in the accepted quote. |
3. Lead times
The lead time has two independent parts: the arrival of the material and the installation.
- Material in stock — the textures we hold in the warehouse in Greater Lisbon go out without waiting for the factory.
- Made-to-order material — the remaining textures are produced to order; the lead time is confirmed in the quote.
- Installation — the rate given on the site (20–30 metres per day) is our normal rate on ordinary ground. Rocky ground, a steep slope and difficult access for the lorry bring it down, and that is said before starting, not at the end.
Delays caused by persistent rain, by blocked access to the site or by third-party works still to be completed are not attributable to either party and postpone the agreed date by the corresponding time.
4. What the client provides
There are four points, and the third one is the one that prevents the most problems.
- Access. Access for a lorry and unloading next to the wall line, or advance notice that there is none, so that an alternative means can be quoted.
- Property boundaries. The line on which the wall sits is indicated by the client. We do not carry out cadastral surveys or arbitrate boundaries with neighbours.
- Buried utilities. Installation digs holes about 800 mm deep. Electrical cables, water pipes, drainage, gas and irrigation on the line have to be marked before work begins. We are not liable for damage to infrastructure that was not pointed out to us and was not visible.
- Licensing. The obligation to license the works or notify the municipal council rests with the owner. We provide the measurements and the drawing of the wall to support the application; we do not submit the process nor do we guarantee that it will be approved.
5. Customer data
The data you give us in the quote request — name, contact details, municipality and measurements — are used to reply to you and to prepare the supply. For that purpose may be shared with the panel manufacturer, established in the European Union: to confirm availability, production lead time and logistics, and to follow up on the request commercially, which the manufacturer can do directly with you. The request remains assigned to us.
We do not share your IP address, browsing history or the source of your visit. We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising purposes. If you would rather your enquiry was not forwarded, just tell us — the quote is prepared all the same. The details of the processing, the time limits and your rights are set out in the privacy policy.
6. Right of withdrawal
Where the contract is concluded at a distance or off the business premises — for example, signed at the customer’s home — the consumer has 14 days to terminate the contract without giving a reason, under Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014.
Two exceptions provided for in the same law: the right does not apply to goods produced to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised — which includes material manufactured to order for the site; and, if the consumer expressly requests that the work begin within the withdrawal period and then terminates the contract, they pay for the part of the service already provided.
To exercise the right, an unequivocal communication using the contacts given in section 1 is sufficient.
7. Complaints and dispute resolution
A complaint addressed directly to us is usually resolved more quickly, but the customer is not obliged to go through us.
- Electronic Livro de Reclamações — available in livroreclamacoes.pt.
- Alternative dispute resolution — in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body under Lei n.º 144/2015. The competent body depends on the place of consumption and on the value; the official list of registered bodies is published by the Direcção-Geral do Consumidor on the Portal do Consumidor.
- Direct contact — by the means in section 1.
8. Applicable law
Portuguese law applies. Where the client is a consumer, the court legally provided for that status remains competent, and these terms do not alter it.
These terms may be updated. The version applicable to each contract is the one published on the date the quote was accepted.
